A romance blossoms in Deauville in 2016, offering the opportunity, two years later, to shed light on a murder committed in 1944, shortly after the D-Day landings.
Madison, a stunning young Afro-American woman from New Orleans who lives in Las Vegas, vacations in Normandy. Officially, she made the journey across the United States from West to East, then the Atlantic, to discover the region. But in reality, this is not the case. Madison strives to get to the bottom of her grandfather’s murder committed in 1944, made to look like he had drowned, and never solved.
In the heat of a summery Friday evening, Madison crosses paths with Greg, a handsome, dashing young man in his thirties. The two lovers become inseparable. Four months later, they secretly get married in Las Vegas. However, Greg’s father dies. The couple returns to France to settle the estate. A journey from hell that will bring to the surface an unbelievable truth regarding the murder of Madison’s grandfather, seventy-four years after the event.

The MOULIN ROUGE & Arizona Stars
Attending the revue
Féerie at the Moulin Rouge amounts to experiencing a dream come true.
As soon as the dancers wave their tricolored petticoats, they set the audience on fire, and suddenly
the very soul of Paris spills over onto every spectator, literally subjugated by the splendor
of the unparalleled stage and choreography.
I had the opportunity to celebrate New Year’s Eve twice at the Mecca of the French cancan.
From Dubai to Las Vegas, via Havana, I had never been that dazzled by a show. I believe that the esthetics
of the revue made me as intoxicated as Madison in Arizona Stars.
Francophilia wouldn’t exist without Paris. And Paris would no longer be Paris without
the Moulin Rouge, the Eiffel Tower, Edith Piaf’s voice or the Champs-Élysées.

P.S.: At the beginning of summer 2023, I was invited to the revue Féerie by Jean-Luc Pehau-Sorensen,
at that time Communication and Marketing Director at the Moulin Rouge.
This was the third time I’d seen the show and once again, I was blown away - the performance left me starry-eyed…
and an irresistible urge to come back, as soon as I could!
